At SHE DESIGNER STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED, we ensure that all products are checked and packed carefully before dispatch.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

• Damaged or defective.
• Incorrectly delivered.
• Significantly different from the product ordered.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue.

Unboxing Video

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. The video should clearly show the package, shipping label, and the product while opening the package.

Return/refund requests may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

Once the return is approved and the product is verified, the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

Payments made through Razorpay will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
